Claroplast – Histology Wax
Claroplast is a universal histology-grade paraffin for routine tissue infiltration and embedding. Manufactured by Claro-prom in Croatia, European Union, it is formulated from highly purified paraffin modified with carefully selected high-quality polymer additives to ensure consistent and reliable performance. Its optimized formulation provides effective tissue infiltration, controlled elasticity and excellent sectioning properties, supporting smooth microtome cutting, continuous ribbon formation and well-preserved tissue morphology. Claroplast is designed as a universal embedding medium for a wide range of routine histology applications, making it suitable for different tissue types, processing protocols and laboratory workflows. OEM / Private Label Manufacturing As the manufacturer, Claro-prom also offers OEM and private-label production of histology embedding paraffin. Claroplast can be manufactured and supplied under the customer's own brand, with customized packaging and labelling for distributors, laboratory suppliers and other professional partners.

The range includes reagents and supporting products used throughout routine laboratory workflows, from tissue fixation and processing to staining, microscopy and slide preparation. Our portfolio includes buffered formaldehyde solutions, xylene and xylene substitutes, staining solutions, mounting media, immersion oils and ethanol-based IVD reagents. Products are manufactured using carefully selected raw materials and controlled formulations, with defined production and quality-control procedures supporting consistent performance, batch-to-batch quality and traceability. Our focus is on providing laboratories with reliable, practical and consistently available reagents for everyday diagnostic work.
